Learning Philosophy

Our learning philosophy is holistic as we believe that true learning must involve multiple approaches to develop learners’ abilities. This holistic approach dictates that we do not just adopt traditional methods of learning but also unconventional but innovative methods to achieve our learning goals.

For learning to take place, individuals must build on previous knowledge, learn from practical on-the-job experience, collaborate with others and be exposed to new industry trends. Such is the position we have taken by virtue of our learning philosophy and that stance is what drives the development of learning materials to be used at Echo Academy.

Learning goals

Building on our learning philosophy to achieve the business goals of the Echo House, the Echo Academy has clear learning goals which will govern the development of learning materials. All the learning and instruction materials to be used at Echo Academy have been crafted coherently to achieve the Academy’s learning goals and systematically sensitize our people in the core values of Echo House.

Our learning Goals (LG) at Echo House are as follows:

 Build a workforce that are T-shaped/ambidextrous thinkers and with above average industry technical ability.

 Develop an attitude of learning and building capacity constantly, on and off the job.

Repeatedly expose staff to relevant and influential market and industry trends in the advertisement industry and their proxies.

Acquaint all existing and pipeline staff with the history, culture/ norms and strategic intent of Echo House.

Expose the workforce to state-of-the-art innovation, research, technology and transformative insights in the advertisement industry and their proxies.
