The Echo Academy provides courses and learning experiences aimed at empowering our staff to develop their competencies on and off the job.
The Academy opens staff up to learning opportunities to refine their current skills and abilities while constantly exposing staff to material that inspires continuous learning and development.
There is a blend of pre-recorded and live options offering staff some flexibility in how they approach their learning. To top it all off, the Echo Academy has a library and learning repository where staff have access world class learning material and seminal works of the company and the global advertising industry.

Why we started
the Echo
Academy
The Echo Academy will run a semester system for its content delivery. There will be two semesters each year where 4 courses are taught each semester on an ongoing basis.
The on-demand/ pre-recorded classes, due to its nature will be self-paced and thus not be regulated by the Academy’s timetable.
The fireside chats/key-note speeches will be spread across the 4 months in the semester and with these, each date will be fixed on an ongoing basis since the dates and times will have to be agreed on with the speakers.
The cross-learning quiz tournaments will happen annually to close each semester off and ensure cross- learning between learners from various units.
